A recently launched theatre company, Grand NT Connections 500 Young Company, is offering opportunities for young people aged 14 to 19. The company formed by the Grand Theatre, Blackpool came togethr in October 2015 and have performed Blackout at the Grand Theatre in February and at the regional festival at The Brewery Arts, Cumbria in March.

Connections is the National Theatre’s youth theatre and provide support to youth theatre networks across the country. In 2016 the National Theatre is marking 21 years of Connections by having 500 young companies all taking part in theatres across the UK.

NT Connections is a fantastic opportunity for young people interested in performance, theatre design, stage management, marketing and other areas of theatre.
